💞How and where did you first meet?
L & S: We were wonderfully matched by technology and met at a coffee shop near Kings Cross.
📅How long have you been together?
Two and a half years.
😎What was your inspiration behind the design?
L & S: “We both love the sea and nature.”
“We loved the depth of a sapphire and wanted something that had a natural, asymmetric look too.”
💍Is this your first bespoke piece, and how did you find the process?
L & S: “It is! Holts were great. We outlined what we wanted and shared some ideas and designed we liked. Alicja helped pull together those elements that most mattered to us and it came together quickly after that.”

💙What made you choose sapphire cabochon?
L & S: “The sea! We loved the deep and calm blue of the sapphire and the softness of the cabochon.”
“It has a really deep colour and we both love the sea) It's such a rich blue, calming too. The cabochon cut we thought brought a softness to the gem.”
👀What was your favourite part of the process?
L & S: “Final delivery! But we also liked Holts sending us loose stones in the mail for us to look at.”
🤔What would be your one piece of advice for couples looking for an engagement ring?
L & S: “Don't be shy to ask questions and look to find someone who'll support you through the process and be transparent about it."
