“We first met at a NYE party that Lucy was hosting.”📅How long have you been together?
“6 years”
😎What was your inspiration behind the design?
“All I knew was that Lucy liked green stones, she wears gold a lot and likes classic styles. So I combined these ideas and was very happy with the result!💍Is this your first bespoke piece, and how did you find the process?
“This was the first time I’d done anything like this. Marianne was incredibly helpful and gave me a wide variety of options in terms of stones, diamonds and styles. The wax modelling and CAD drawings really helped me to visualise the final piece which gave me confidence to make my final decision. The watercolour painting was a lovely idea too!”💚What made you choose green sapphire and the side stone design details?
“Lucy had mentioned emerald as a stone she had liked. However, I had read that green sapphire was harder wearing and thought the darker green was suited to her and an everyday colour. I wanted the ring to stand out and thought the side diamonds added an interesting touch”👀What was your favourite part of the process?
“Seeing the depths of colours in the green sapphires.”🤔What would be your one piece of advice for couples looking for an engagement ring?
“Trust your gut!”
