💞How and where did you first meet? And how long have you been together?
How and when did we first meet? We met when my soon to be girlfriend moved to my secondary school from Madeira back in 2012, we got together a year later on July 5th 2013 🗓 this year will be our 10th anniversary together ❤
📅And how did you propose?
We went on holiday to Tampa, Florida and I had all these plans running through my head, the beach? Disneyworld? but I knew my soon to be fiancée would prefer something a little more intimate and private so after our beach day I took her out to the front garden and finally got on one knee.
Fantastic, the whole team was so helpful, the knowledge of the gemstones and settings was incredible, I couldn't have done this without the team at Holts Gems. Seeing the Paraiba, as I'd been looking for the perfect stone for months, so finally finding the one was incredible feeling and a weight of the shoulders. Give some freedom to your significant other and I guarantee you will love the end result and it will mean so much more.
😎What was your inspiration behind the design, why choose the styles?
I was given a lot of freedom designing this piece but I knew it had to be a special stone and a light colour so when I was given the option of a Paraiba, I had to make it happen. We have a love for nature so wanted to incorporate that love into the setting which was done so elegantly.
