Discuss your budget and ideas so our diamond and gemstone experts can specially select the options to suit your needs. Explore our existing and fully customisable collections, or have our team draw up your unique, bespoke design.
Finalise the details.
Once you’re completely happy with the design, you can view your chosen centre stone in person. Simply pay for any gems you want to view and we’ll carefully pack and send them to you. Returning is easy, just send it back to us by registered post and you’ll receive a full refund, minus shipping fees.
Production & delivery.
Rest assured that your custom order will be underway without delay. Our jewellers are working hard, even throughout lockdowns, to fulfil orders in good time, so you will be notified with production timelines and delivery details along the way.

“Amazing experience, I love my ring!! Marianne was our Jewellery Consultant and she did a fantastic job. My fiancée had an initial consultation with Marianne over Zoom to discuss ring preferences (setting, stone, size of diamond, price range etc.) and gave him good advice based on these preferences. I had already sent him some ideas of rings I liked, so from those pictures, Marianne was also able to understand the style I was looking for. After that they were in regular contact and the process was very smooth. Marianne was very knowledgeable and professional. She not only showed him the rings but took the time to give a lot of explanation which he really appreciated - the different types of settings, how the rings are made, why they are bespoke. She also explained how to measure your ring size so that when he proposed the ring was the correct size, and arranged fast courier delivery so that it arrived before I had to leave back to the US! It was perfect timing and without her exceptional customer service, he would have had to propose without the ring. Overall - my ring was exactly what I was looking for, and I get so many compliments.”
