Our Response to Coronavirus

With the status of the COVID-19 outbreak changing on a day-to-day basis, there are a lot of uncertainties regarding exactly how the pandemic will affect the business but we are putting measures in place to best protect the health and wellbeing of our customers, our employees and our partners. Please read on for details.

What are we doing to protect ourselves and our customers?

  • Clean environment. We have elevated our store hygiene to heavily reduce chances of any spread within the business by incorporating additional deep cleaning procedures with disinfectant. We have also increased accessibility and visibility of hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities for employees and customers in both private meeting rooms and public areas. We invite you to use these to help protect the safety of our community.

  • No-touch policy. With immediate effect our stores will be operating a “no-touch” environment. This new approach will mean our teams can still sell, craft and share their exceptional level of knowledge and advice but will be forgoing the usual pleasantries of hand-shakes during greetings.

  • Restricting numbers. We are now operating by appointment only to reduce the number of people coming into the store. Whether you are an existing customer or new, whether collecting an order or wishing to discuss a bespoke ring, please book an appointment online or call us on 0203 9822 700.

  • Free delivery. We continue to offer free delivery of completed orders to all customers residing in the UK and can easily arrange courier services for those living abroad should you wish to limit your travel plans.


How does coronavirus affect our jewellery production?

  • Our workshops are operating as usual. We do not rely on factories or suppliers in China or abroad to produce our jewellery. We make everything in-house and have a team of goldsmiths that work on customer orders.


Are your opening times affected?

  • No. You can find our up-to-date opening times in the website footer or on our Google Maps page. Please note that we are now by appointment only so please call or book online ahead of coming in. Our opening times may change but we will endeavour to keep this page, along with our Google Maps profile up-to-date. Check the “last updated” date at the top of the page.


Can I design and order my ring from home?

  • Yes, should you not wish to travel into London to meet with our design consultants and gemmologists, we can continue to communicate via email, phone or live chat to create your dream ring. There are few simple steps to do this effectively.

  • Find a design you love. You can either choose from our core collection of engagement rings or share your design ideas with us (images are a great way to share ideas so please feel free to send them to us).

  • Set a budget that works for you. By telling us how much you want to spend, we will be able to advise on a selection of different diamond or gemstone options (based on your preference). Our engagement rings are priced from around £1,300.

  • Choose your centre stone. Based on the tailored selection provided by your gemmologist, choose the diamond or gemstone you love the most and we’ll craft your ring to the exact dimensions of the stone.

  • Approve your final design. Once you have chosen both your design and your centre stone, we can create a 3D digital model for you to view online ahead of approving your order. At this stage, you can provide feedback on your design and make tweaks as you wish but we request that you limit the number of times you change a design to 3. Once approved, you will be provided with a delivery date for the ring and asked to pay a 50% deposit to move the ring into production.

What happens once I place my order?

  • We craft your ring. Based on the complexity of the design, your ring will take 3-5 weeks to craft.

  • Your ring is delivered. The exciting time has come to view your final ring in all its glory 💍. Your ring will be couriered in its own ring box, along with your GIA certificate (or equivalent) by special signed, tracked and insured delivery.
