Holts Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, or until date of expiry, whichever the sooner. Holts will not accept any responsibility for Vouchers that are lost, stolen or damaged. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If the purchase made is less than the value of the Voucher, change will not be given. Gift Vouchers can only be exchanged at Holts. Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for goods and services of a higher value, on payment of the difference. Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation. Gift Vouchers defaced in any way will be invalid.
